Formula 1 Pick 'em Competition

The basic concept is that every race weekend you will try and choose the Top 8, fastest lap, poleman and best constructor.

The points system is the same as in real life:

• 1st place: 10 points
  
• 2nd place: 8 points
  
• 3rd place: 6 points
  
• 4th place: 5 points
  
• 5th place: 4 points
  
• 6th place: 3 points
  
• 7th place: 2 points
  
• 8th place: 1 point

Also, if you correctly guess:

• Fastest lap driver: 5 points
  
• Pole man: 5 points
  
• Which team wins the most constructor points: 5 points

Notes:

• Predictions must be made by the start of the qualifying sessions.
  
• You may join in on any race and skip any race, but it leaves you at a disadvantage.
  
• If you are going away for a while, you may give several race predictions at once.
  
• You are free to edit predictions up until race qualifying starts.
  
• If you edit your predictions after qualifying starts, they will not count.

well i dont really understand what a poleman is and all the rest so...

pole man is the person who starts closest to the starting line (i.e the first to start and the fastest in qualifying)
and constructor points are those awarded to the companies/teams who own the cars (mcLaren, ferrari, BMW sauber, (cringe) Renault...)

So are you gonna play (Damian/Oskar)?

dont bother understanding, but if its that important alonsos jaw is in my top ten list, he occupies the position which is right before the whales' position... want a picture?
